ITNS is committed to complete customer satisfaction. All service work performed by our systems engineers is warranted for 30 days from the date the service is performed. Hardware and software sold by ITNS is warranted by the manufacturer only. We will assist the customer in obtaining manufacturer warranty service whenever possible. Our regular business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Emergency and holiday services can be arranged by calling our office in advance at 512-252-3010.
