Redline is a reporting and monitoring solution for Novell GroupWise

of Blackberry Enterprise Server, Notify Technology NotifyLink, Toffa
SyncWise 2005, and GMS/GMS2, we have begun to extend the reach of
Redline to your mobility solutions. Redline is a management application
for your messaging system that includes technology from Novell, security
and management technologies from GWAVA, and various mobility
solutions. The Redline team is constantly looking to add new
technologies to our suite of integrations.
GroupWise

Redline employs a 2
tiered architecture which consists of an agent that that gathers
information from each GroupWise server and a web based Control Center
that provides a Dashboard, Reporting, Alerting and Configuration for
Redline. The Agents natively support GroupWise on NetWare, Linux and
Windows and the Control Center, as a web based application supports IE,
Netscape and Firefox browsers.
Through the Control
Center you can access the predefined HTML reports for Redline. The
reports are organized by solution area to include System Operations,
Disk Space Management, Compliance Reporting, ROI Analysis and much more.
Additional reports can be easily generated via the Report Generator
engine that is included in the Redline Control Center.
Redline provides
configurable alerts on many areas of GroupWise such as system
availability, message traffic, message delivery, and security
compliance. The alerts can be viewed via our web based Control Center or
sent to email, pagers, or via SNMP traps to 3rd party Monitoring
architecture. Redline provides nearly 6000 pieces of information that it
can monitor and report upon. All of these values are categorized as
predefined thresholds (status values) and recommendations (settings)
based upon GroupWise best practices. All of these values can be
configured to meet your needs. Delve into areas of GroupWise such as
system availability, message traffic, message delivery, and security
compliance. The alerts can be viewed via our web based Control Center
or sent to email, pagers, or via SNMP traps to 3rd party Monitoring
architectures.
