| Maintenance, Repair, Support Plan
ITNS is committed to complete customer satisfaction. All service work performed by our systems engineers is warranted for 30 days from the date the service is performed. Hardware and software sold by ITNS is warranted by the manufacturer only. We will assist the customer in obtaining manufacturer warranty service whenever possible. We do not charge mileage fees for trips to customer sites within 100 miles of one of our branch offices. For customers more than 100 miles from our office, we charge only a nominal mileage fee of $.55/mile for miles in excess of the 100 mile limit. If overnight lodging is required for completion of a job, we charge the actual cost of the stay (hotel, rental car, etc.) to the customer. ITNS never charges labor fees for time spent in transit to customer site. Our regular business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Emergency and holiday services can be arranged by calling our office in advance. Warranty services will be provided by manufacturer or manufacturer's designated approved repair facility. Hewlett Packard Company will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued. ITNS will be happy to assist the customer in obtaining warranty repairs from the manufacturer. |
